We are really proud of the service we are able to offer and take incredible care of all the rugs that we clean. We will come to collect your rug at an agreed time and date. It will then be taken to our cleaning plant, where we will closely examine it to identify not only stains, but also the areas of wear or weakness that require a more delicate touch. The rug will then be vacuumed to remove all loose soil. Then, areas of heavy soil would be pre-sprayed and any stains pre-spotted by hand. Our cleaning technicians will also clean any fringing.

Once your rug is fully clean and dry, we will deliver it back to you at your convenience.

Its a good idea to have rugs cleaned professionally every 1-2 years, so that you can keep on top of any build-up of grime and ensure that your rug remains looking fantastic. Of course, your rug may require more regular cleaning. If you share your home with pets and children, stains are more of a risk. Likewise, if your rug is in a busy area such as an office, shop or lobby, it will be subject to a lot more wear and tear.
